1. Order Cancellation and Modification Window We allow a strict 4-hour window from the time of purchase for customers to request any modifications or cancellations. After this period, your order is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to begin the 1–2 business day processing cycle, and we can no longer make changes.

How to Request Changes: To ensure your request is handled promptly within this limited timeframe, you must contact us via email:

• Subject Line: You must include your Order Number and the word “URGENT” in the subject line (e.g., URGENT: Cancellation Request for Order #12345).

2. Address Accuracy and Responsibility

• Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes correct street numbers, apartment/unit numbers, city, state, and postal code.
• Consequences of Incorrect Address:
  • Lost or Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Reshipment Fee: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item ($6.99 flat rate).

3. Final Confirmation By completing your purchase on thersonal.com, you acknowledge and agree to the 4-hour modification/cancellation window and confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
