  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We work hard to get your apparel to you as quickly as possible. Your total delivery time is calculated as follows:

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 3–6 business days. Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  1. How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple with a Flat Rate of $6.99 for all orders shipped within the United States. The shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment. There are no hidden fees or surprise taxes at the end of your transaction.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. We allow a 4-hour window from the time of purchase for any modifications or cancellations.

  • To request a change: Please email support@thersonal.com with the subject line “URGENT: Cancellation [Your Order Number]”.
  • After the 4-hour window, your order enters the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or stopped.
  1. What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  1. How do I track my package?

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be fully updated and visible on the carrier’s website.

  1. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. thersonal.com uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. We comply with PCI-DSS standards, and your full credit card information is never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe, and PayPal.

  1. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@thersonal.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no additional cost to you.
