- Order Processing (Handling) Time
- Handling Time: All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing includes payment verification, strict quality checks, and secure packaging.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has successfully completed processing and is handed over to the carrier.
- Shipping Cost & Transit Time We utilize premium carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your apparel across the United States.
- Shipping Fee: We charge a transparent Flat Rate of $6.99 for all orders.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 2–4 business days (after the order has been processed).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days. Note: Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by extreme weather, peak holiday demand, or carrier-specific operational delays beyond our control.
- Order Cancellation & Modifications To maintain our fast shipping standards, we allow order cancellations or modifications within a 4-hour window after the order is placed. Please contact us immediately at support@thersonal.com with the subject line “URGENT” if you need to make changes.
- Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories within the United States, including:
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- APO/FPO military addresses.
- Tracking Your Order As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be fully updated and visible on the carrier’s tracking portal.
- Delivery Support (Lost or Damaged Items) If you experience any issues with delivery, such as significant delays or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
