1. Order Processing (Handling) Time

Handling Time: All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. national holidays).

  • Processing includes payment verification, strict quality checks, and secure packaging.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has successfully completed processing and is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Time and Total Delivery Estimate

We utilize premium carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your apparel.

Standard Shipping Transit Time: 2–4 business days (after the order has been processed).

Total Estimated Delivery Time = 1 Business Day (Processing) + 2–4 Business Days (Transit)

  • Total Expected Delivery: 3–5 Business Days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by extreme weather, peak holiday demand, or carrier-specific operational delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, including:

  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be fully updated and visible on the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Support (Lost or Damaged Items)

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as significant delays, damage upon arrival, or a package confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
